    An excellent hostel that you genuinely want to come back to. The strongest impression was made by the reception staff. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help — without that formal, “just doing their job” attitude. You can really feel that they care: they explain everything, give advice, help with any question, and do it sincerely. The hostel itself is clean and cozy, with a great atmosphere for travelers. Everything is well organized and convenient, without unnecessary chaos. For the price, it’s a very solid place, but it’s the reception team that truly makes this hostel special. Thank you to the staff for the warmth and atmosphere!

    Perfectly located to explore the sights. Pleasant and helpful staff throughout our stay. Capsule was clean, comfortable and well presented. Shared facilities were clean and maintained.

    Location is great but apart from that I wouldn't recommend this place. The rooms are very tight, even for 1 person and not very clean. Staff make a fuss about wearing slippers in the hotel yet the floor, kitchen etc isn't clean so I don't understand the point. Very limited english capacity, even so without English reception wasn't that friendly. I think for the price you can find better in Astana, especially if you want a private room
