    In the winter, when you arrive, the staffs are not happy to help you with open the doors! Many time, NOONE THERE to help you open the main door to lobby. Not acceptable. No hot water, I need to call them 3-4 times. Bad facilities! When staying in the room, they set-up something like timer for turning off the light! And I stay in the room like 10-20 minutes and all the lights out. What a set-up!!? Staff are nice, they are willing to help, but it take me too many concern when staying and after 3 days. i have to move to another hotel! Sheraton in Astana need to do care about there service! Please!
