Reakcja personelu gdy okazało się, że Booking.com wyakazał nam, że rezerwacja jest potwierdzona a faktycznie została dużo wcześniej odpwołana przez hotel. Zorganizowali nam nocleg taki jak zamawialiśmy ale już bez pośrednictwa Booking.com
Po przyjeździe okazało się, że hotel nie miał naszej rezerwacji. Nie została potwioerdzona przez hotel mimo to Booking.com wykazywał ją jako potwierdzoną. Przyczyną był overbooking. Zgłoszony problem do Booking.com, zareagowali po 24h informacją, że możemy wziąść inny hotel i zwrócą pieniądze, cóż po 24h lepsze to niż nic. Pierwszy raz miałem taki przypadek ale mocno nadwyrężył moje zaufanie do Booking.com.

The location is amazing. This place is definitely a value for price. This is a spacious studio room. I loved that this is an apartment rental and I was not bothered every single morning by housekeeping service when I was sleeping.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom when I arrived. I guess this is about the ventilation system of the building complex. Fortunately, there was also room odor spray in the bathroom. I appreciate it!
