    Very happy that the hotel offers washing machine and dryer service for FREE 🙂 If you do not have your own detergent, you can buy from the convenience shop at the lobby. It costs about US$1.50 per pod but you get to use the machines for free ❤️

    spent two nights on a business trip to Astana. location was perfect, food was good and the staffs were amazing, especially Mussa at the front desk was very helpful and professional. would definitely stay again!
