- Hotel is relatively NEW and kept CLEAN. - No noise comes in from the outside street thanks to the height. - Abu Dhabi Plaza is just within 10 mins walk, and Starbucks coffee is inside there and also nearby, so there will not be any inconvenience for shopping. Hotel is located just between Bayterek at Nurzhol street and EXPO Park, both are within 20~30mins walk, so it's a good base for walking around the city. - Response time from the hotel staff over the message on Booking.com is QUICK. They try to support as much as they can. In my case, they helped me a lot on immediate needs to complete washing my clothes within AM. - Sunset view is a bit nice if you can get the room looking at western side. - Wi-Fi was working smoothly.

- Severe concern on the PRIVACY INFORMATION HANDLING at the Front desk and restaurant. Some passport copies of other guests was visible, but these must be treated and filed carefully under privacy policy, finally to shredder right? Restaurant here uses the opposite blank side of passport copies of previous guests as a list of those who booked breakfast. Do prioritise "Privacy Protection" rather than "ECO Friendly", please. - Waiting time for elevator was longer than average. So take that into consideration when planning the departure time during stay. But no other choice. It was irritating when room cleaning staffs use it even if the elevator was a bit crowded. - Quality and variation of breakfast was so-so, not enough. Sliced apple was not fresh, turning brown so it's better to offer as an apple. - Single room was narrow in every aspect, toilet is tight. - Access from public transportation is not that convenient. There are some bus route in the streets where this hotel faces, but each of them run just 1~3 per hour. I prefer taking a bus from "Astana Arena" from Kabambay Batur street after walking 15 mins. Staffs does not give us information on access by city bus, as if indicating "search it by yourself on 2GIS".

Close to most of the important points of interest. Very helpful staff. Great views!
