The hotel was overall very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lift was working. We booked with a parking spot and parking was paid by the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The girls at the reception were really nice and helped us in all our needs and requests. There is a huge mall just 7 minutes walk. Grand Central Mosque was also very near.
1. The location - although quite central, is slightly slow as there are not a lot of people around. 2. On couple of occasions we forgot to ask the staff to pay the parking before we left and had to return from the barrier at the university gate - added around 7-8 minutes to a trip that was time sensitive.

Very spacious rooms, have everything you need, even an iron and iron desk. In close walking direction from Nazarbayev University, Mega Silkroad, bus stop and subway.

Die Lage war für mich gut, direkt an der großen Shopping Mail. Fußläufig auch hervorragend zu erreichen die neue Hochbahn, Richtung Flughafen und vermutlich zum Zentrum. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, aber das Lunch Paket war ok.
Das Bad hätte ein bißchen größer sein dürfen und auch etwas moderner. Neue Fugen würden schon was bringen.
