About this villa rental

Waterfront villa located near the port of Hyères (900 m) with direct access to the beach Les Pesquiers, with 5 bedrooms with private bathroom with WC. One visitor individual WC on top. One outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Living and dining room open to a large terrace with exceptional view on the sea and Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros and île du Levant). Fitness room. SUP (Stand Up Paddle) and sea kayak rental on demand. The villa has been totally renovated and enlarged in 2024. The villa has been built on a large land of 1100 m2. Total capacity of the villa is maximum 12 people.
Washing machine, dryer, BBQ.
The environment is residential. You can easily walk along the beaches to the port area, where various restaurants, bars and shops are located.
easy access by public transportation from Toulon airport and /or Hyeres train station.

Perfect little piece of paradise

Perfect little piece of paradise

We absolutely loved Isabelle’s home. It was perfect for our family vacation. Being able to step out onto the beach was so convenient with two small children. The house suited all of our needs, however, fans in the bedrooms would be a nice addition if people don’t want to sleep with the doors open. Overall an incredible stay where our family made many memories!

This place is amazing, I use to say that should be on the "uniqueinworld.com" site. Having a house down beach in this area is not existing. The house was super clean and "madame" really available for any requests. Perfect for a family even with young children. And she told me she will improve again. Nice

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (neun Personen) in Isabells Haus eine Woche verbracht. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und wir haben jede Menge Spaß gehabt. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand mit der Option der Nutzung von SUP Boards ist perfekt. Den Grill haben wir auch öfter genutzt und die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Isabell war unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Maison magnifique, au bord de la mer , une vue à couper le souffle , une maison très bien entretenue, très spacieuse, propre , avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de très agréables vacances,très bien équipées, à proximité de tout. Le contact avec la propriétaire est très agréable , réactive , elle vous explique les jours de marché, et transport à proximité. Je recommande fortement, nous avons passer un sublime séjour relax

Villa spacieuse les pieds dans l'eau. Une vue magnifique, dans un quartier calme. Maison très bien équipée avec un service digne d'un hôtel (lits faits à l'arrivée, serviettes de toilette déposées sur chaque lit, mise à disposition de tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le ménage et l'intendance) Le soleil étant absent cette année, nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de l'emplacement paradisiaque de cette maison.

Deux semaines magique dans un cadre exceptionnel, la maison offre une superbe vue, valcros, la londe, fort de brégançon, port cros et portquerolles sont devant vous. La mer est à 28 pas de la terrasse ! La maison restaurée avec goût, offre des prestations complètes. La pièce de vie s'ouvre sur le jardin qui plonge dans les eaux bleues. L'espace à vivre y est spacieux et confortable, ainsi que les chambres. La cuisine offre un équipement moderne complet . Nous avons passé un vrai moment de détente et de plaisir.

Very friendly host and an outstanding location. Spacious villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are fully renovated. Nice terrace 10 m away from the beach strip. Families with little kids watch out: no fence on the veranda ! Kitchen fully equipped including a BBQ on the veranda! Supermarket within walking distance (10mins). Would come back for sure !!!! Minor issues: - quite noisy inside the house, doors do not close properly, garden equipment would deserve refurbishment.

Amoureux de la mer, ne cherchez plus, vous êtes au plus bel endroit, devrais-je le dire ? au risque de manquer de place la prochaine fois ! mais, c'est un lieu magique qu'il faut partager. Vous êtes aux premières loges pour admirer ce tableau de maître vivant ! changeant à chaque instant, mer d'huile le matin, reflets du soleil levant, mouettes s'éveillant, voiles qui se lèvent au loin, nuages se mirant dans l'eau en la maquillant, de gris, de rose, de bleu profond, turquoise, et d'or. On voudrait être alors peintre, poète, à défaut...vous profiterez de tous les plaisirs de la mer à vos pieds ! et, bien évidemment, très belle maison, avec absolument tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour inoubliable, merci aux charmants et accueillants propriétaires, on quitte votre maison à regret, à une prochaine fois !
