About this villa rental
Waterfront villa located near the port of Hyères (900 m) with direct access to the beach Les Pesquiers, with 5 bedrooms with private bathroom with WC. One visitor individual WC on top. One outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Living and dining room open to a large terrace with exceptional view on the sea and Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros and île du Levant). Fitness room. SUP (Stand Up Paddle) and sea kayak rental on demand. The villa has been totally renovated and enlarged in 2024. The villa has been built on a large land of 1100 m2. Total capacity of the villa is maximum 12 people.

The environment is residential. You can easily walk along the beaches to the port area, where various restaurants, bars and shops are located.

We absolutely loved Isabelle’s home. It was perfect for our family vacation. Being able to step out onto the beach was so convenient with two small children. The house suited all of our needs, however, fans in the bedrooms would be a nice addition if people don’t want to sleep with the doors open. Overall an incredible stay where our family made many memories!

The location of this house is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is quiet, spacious and well equipped. Dining outside is a pure delight. We hope to come back.

This place is amazing, I use to say that should be on the "uniqueinworld.com" site. Having a house down beach in this area is not existing. The house was super clean and "madame" really available for any requests. Perfect for a family even with young children.
And she told me she will improve again. Nice
