I cannot find anything negative to say about this property. It is just perfect! I booked it to stay with friends for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we had the most amazing time. The pool is beautiful, the view breathtaking and we will be back soon no doubt! Pascal, the owner, is also very friendly and communication has been easy. Thank you Pascal!

The property was in an excellent location. It had all the amenities that everyone from toddlers to adults could need to make it a fun place to stay. The pool being the highlight for our family. The only thing I could say is clarify exactly what you will be getting during your stay as somethings we expected we didn’t get but that maybe the norm in France. However we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay in the area again in the future.

The villa has an outstanding 180° view over the Cote d'Azur and the Giens peninsula. We couldn't get enough of this view. The villa is modern and very attractively furnished. The air conditioning was worth its weight in gold, especially in the very hot first week. There are so many places to stay in and around the villa - you don't even know where you want to sit :). On the south side facing the pool, there is not a lot of shadow during the day. We would have missed an awning or parasol here. But the nice pool gave us the needed cool down. In the evenings we liked the Jakuzzi very much. The owner, Mr Sulzer, was always available and reacted very quickly when we had a technical problem. All in all, we enjoyed the 2 weeks very much and would have loved to stay longer. Really an exceptional and quiet place to relax and calm down. One of the best places we have been so far.

We wanted for nothing. A fully equipped house. My family and I had a wonderful and above all relaxing time. We found all that was described. Everything was in excellent condition. There was something for everyone, young and old. But above all, the view is a dream. Sitting on the veranda in the evening with a drink or in the whirlpool with the sun shining was fantastic. The week went by far too quickly. Thanx for all.

The property had views to die for with a pool overlooking the sea. The property had excellent facilities including a pool table, table football, table tennis and pétanque so we were all Leo occupied. The property was extremely well equipped and had two large fridges to keep everything cool. Pascal was very helpful with advice for our stay and was very responsive. Would love to go back again !!

All the descriptions for the villa are perfectly correct even if we found it much better than expected when we arrived. Full optional with all equipments and very clean, inside as outside. The owner and collaborators very kind and helpful. 100% recomented

Liked: The estate is located in a very beautiful spot and after having mastered a number of serpentines you'll find yourself enjoying a panoramic view to the azure-colored sea of the Riviera ligure di ponente. Rooms are plenty and spacious. Kitchen is modern and has a great oven. The outdoor kitchen is also worth to be mentioned. Last but not least, the swimming pool offers you some cooling while again looking to the great panorama. Disliked: Given the price, one would definitively expect some frequent cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen equipment is ok, though quality of the items matches not always with what you expect from the description (blunt knifes may give you some trouble while cooking). Some of the ground floor rooms exhibit some clearly apparent damage from water.

We (three families with totally six teenage kids) spent a fantastic week in the Villa Carqueiranne. The house is very well equipped, clean and exactly as described in the advertisement. Yvette and her husband made a very warm welcome and explained carefully what we needed to know. We can't think of a negative thing to list (perhaps new knives in the kitchen to cut the onions properly?).

Vacker utsikt, högt beläget hus med hög kvalité på material. Visa delar behöver ses över mellan att hyresgäster anländer. Gas, slut efter 10 min i köket. Andra tuben var också tom. Grilltuben fick användas för köket, Grill fungerade efter en säkerhetsventil under den 50 kg tunga grillen hittades till slut av vaktmästaren som bara pratade franska. Belysning på visa sidor av huset fungerade ej bla vid utespa. Fixades ej under vistelsen, kabelbrott troligen. Huset är högt belägget vilket medför att man måste ta bilen varje gång man skall ut. Det kompenseras en del av utsikten dock. Vi hade bra vistelse och alla trivdes utmärkt. Enda stora minus är städpersonalen som kommer klockan 9 när man skall checka ut 10. I vårt fall kom hon kl 08.30 och var upprörd att vi inte vara klara och barnen sov. Har man betalt så pass mycket för semester i 1 vecka så kan man köpa extra lakan och byta dessa mellan kunderna inte kräva att de skall tvättas 0830. Våra barn sover länge, men allt annat var packat.

Nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten (fast 2 Tage kein Warmwasser bis endlich jemand kam) konnten wir das Haus aus vollen Zügen geniessen. Der Pool und Whirlpool ((zum Glück gesichert, wegen den Kindern) war super. Rund um das Haus konnte man sich auch verweilen, da es aber immer wieder Stufen hat, konnte man die Kinder 2 und 4 Jahren nicht ohne Aufsicht draussen lassen. Das war ein bisschen mühsam. Drinnen ist das Haus gut eingerichtet. In der Küche haben wir das Gas aus sicherheitsgründen nach dem kochen ganz ausgeschaltet, da man leicht das Gas einschalten konnte, (vorallem die Kinder) auch funktionierte der Herd nicht einwandfrei. Zusammengefasst hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir waren auch fast jeden Tag in der Nähe am Strand und da konnte sich auch unser Hund ein Golden Retriever abkühlen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - alles ist wie auf den Bilder - super Außenanlagen, schöne Aussicht. Leider nicht fussläufig zum Meer - der Pool und der Whirlpool sind aber klasse. Einziges Manko ist, dass es relativ wenig Schatten zur Mittagszeit gibt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Un endroit très tranquille pour profiter avec la famille. La villa est vaste et dispose d'un grand nombre de jeux et activités parfaites pour s'amuser sans sortir de la propriété (piscine, ping pong, pétanque, baby foot et billard). Le meilleur reste la piscine chauffée, grande et propre dans laquelle on peut rester des heures avant de se réchauffer dans le jacuzzi. Les lits sont confortables bien qu'un peu durs. Un autre point très positif est la cuisine, extrêmement bien fournie ! Même pour 12 personnes, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le seul et unique point noir au tableau fut l'odeur véritablement horrible qui semblaient venir des canalisations (depuis la buanderie) et qui a dérangé toute la famille pendant tout le séjour. Dernier petit conseil : attention si vous avez une voiture un peu basse car l'accès à la villa est très pentu et on peut vite rayer le bas de caisse. Pour conclure : un endroit sublime ou vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés et profiter sans contrainte d'une vue a couper le souffle !
