About this villa rental
Large villa with private pool for 14 adults + 3 babies with a panoramic view on the peninsula of Giens and the golden islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros) located at the top of the Mont des Oiseaux Residential Park (access by gates) .
THE HOUSE :
6 rooms in total
-3 bedrooms overlooking the terrace with panoramic sea views, divided as follows:
1 large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with en suite bathroom (redone in 2019) double closet / wardrobe + 2 beds baby umbrella available, stored in the closet.
Air-conditioned room.
2 bedrooms: a first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with cupboard + wardrobe and the other equipped with two bunk beds (90X200) + 1 single bed in drawer (90x190).
These two rooms have a shower room + separate toilet in the corridor of the rooms,
- 1 independent room on the patio equipped with a double bed, (140x190) with WC and shower. Washbasin in the cupboard to save space. Air-conditioned room.
- 1 independent room in mezzanine entirely closed, equipped with a very good sofa bed for 2 people (140x200) nine. Air-conditioned room.
- 1 last room under the house, equipped with a convertible sofa bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190), and a cot with wrought iron bars, including an en-suite shower room, WC and a washbasin

Living very bright (repainted in 2019) crossing with windows overlooking a superb panoramic sea view.

Dining room equipped with a large family wooden table for 12 people + chairs and a wooden table on the outdoor terrace for 10 people + chairs.
On the flat part of the garden in the shade of the orange tree is installed an outdoor garden, very pleasant for children and parents

TV screen HD + internet box in the house fully at your disposal.
