We were delighted to find that we were as close to the beach as it showed in this picture. Since it was our first visit to the French Riviera we did not spend as much time gazing as we should have. The home was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable for all of us. We would love to go back some day.

Access to the beach is directly at your feet and parking was available as well which made it so much easier. CON: The space could have been cleaner, the toilets had a smell when we first entered. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding on checkout, which made our departure pretty stressful. The owner had agreed on a late checkout time but forgot about it on the day of. Overall good stay!

This property is wonderful -- far exceeding my expectations. It was a fantastic place to spend a week of our vacation. It was plenty spacious for our group of 6, and could have easily accommodated more people. The views are beautiful, the beach is 15 seconds from the door, and there were a number of options for private and semi-private sunbathing and beach fun. 2 private patios with loungers and outdoor furniture, and petanque, ping-pong, foosball, and additional sun loungers in a shared space with other units.The kitchen was well equipped to cook for our group and we took full advantage of that, but also ventured to Hyères proper and Giens for some delicious meals, both charming towns with beautiful views and architecture, just minutes away by car. There are also additional beaches just a few minutes from the apartment with a great variety of water sports. If you arent up for a drive, check out the Welcome Cafe or several other local spots within walking distance for a good meal and great hospitality. To top it all off, the owner was easy to communicate with, responsive, and very helpful.Hyères is definitely a hidden gem (at least for tourists from the US), and I recommend it and this home enthusiastically. I hope to return in the future, and if you are considering a visit, dont hesitate! Just book it.

This property is wonderful -- far exceeding my expectations. It was a fantastic place to spend a week of our vacation. It was plenty spacious for our group of 6, and could have easily accommodated more people. The views are beautiful, the beach is 15 seconds from the door, and there were a number of options for private and semi-private sunbathing and beach fun. 2 private patios with loungers and outdoor furniture, and petanque, ping-pong, foosball, and additional sun loungers in a shared space with other units. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for our group and we took full advantage of that, but also ventured to Hyères proper and Giens for some delicious meals, both charming towns with beautiful views and architecture, just minutes away by car. There are also additional beaches just a few minutes from the apartment with a great variety of water sports. Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Laurent entre Noël et le jour de l'an pour nous oxygéner entre 2 confinements... Contrat rempli ! La vue époustouflante sur la mer depuis l'appartement était un vrai régal, à toute heure de la journée. L'appartement est de bon goût, très confortable, propre. Conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Un très bon séjour hors saison, malgré le temps maussade.

Wir haben im April unseren Urlaub in dieser großen Wohnung mit Terrasse zum Meer verbracht. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Direkt am Strand mit entsprechendem Meerblick. Der Küchenbereich ist sehr angenehm. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder (12 Jahre und 16 Jahre) und zwei Hunde. Die Wohnung ist schön aber an manchen Stellen etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Von den zwei Badezimmern war leider eins kaum benutzbar, weil die Badewanne defekt war. Bei Regen kommt Wasser ins Wohnzimmer rein. WLan ist in der Beschreibung angegeben. Leider funktioniert es absolut nicht. Gut zu wissen, wenn Sie mit Hunden Urlaub verbringen: auf der ganzen Halbinsel sind sie an Stränden verboten. Im Früher oder Herbst ist ein Urlaub in dieser Region sehr schön aber ich würde es nicht für den Hochsommer empfehlen! Von mehreren Leuten haben wir erfahren, wie voll und wie warm es im Sommer ist. Und Mücken soll es jede Menge geben, weil es sich hier um ein Naturschutzgebiet handelt. Hier gibt es keine Mückenbekämpfung. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Anlage mit mehreren anderen Ferienhäusern bzw. Ferienwohnungen. Ein Empfangsbüro ist besetzt, leider in unserem Fall von einer ausgesprochen unfreundlichen Dame. Hier war keine Hilfe zu erwarten! Laurent, den Vermieter, haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Wir konnten per WhatsApp kommunizieren. In der Anlage gibt es Parkplätze, allerdings darf nur ein Auto pro Ferienobjekt dort parken. Im Sommer gibt es vielleicht etwas mehr Nachtleben. Für unsere Jugendlichen war es jetzt im April etwas zu ruhig... Generell benötigt man ein Auto oder zumindest ein Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Fußnähe gibt es kaum. Eine besondere Empfehlung zum Schluss für Reitfans: in La Crau (bei Aventure Cheval, ca. 30 Minuten entfernt) erwartet Sie das schönste Ausreiten! Unvergessliche Momente!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison en bord de mer. Il suffit de pousser le portillon et la mer est à nos pieds La vue est magnifique depuis la pièce à vivre comme depuis la terrasse. Le logement est très bien équipé, la literie est d’excellente qualité, le tout dans un lieu décoré avec goût. Mr Bernard est toujours disponible et bienveillant. En résumé vacances parfaites dans ce beau duplex où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir.

I was impressed to find how close to the beach is the apartment. When the east wind is blowing and kitesurfers are riding, there kites are passing so close to the terrace as you almost may touch them! The home is very comfortable and well decorated. I will come back as soon as possible.

Par contre, lumière qui ne fonctionnait pas sur la terrasse ainsi que toutes les prises de courant, donc pas de possibilité de brancher une lumière sur la terrasse. À notre arrivée, un lit pour 2 personnes n était pas fait, et il manquait 3 serviettes de toilettes. À part ça, très bel appartement, superbe vue, très bien situé.

En cette période de Noël, l'endroit est très calme, l'accès à la plage direct très apprécié. Le logement très agréable, très bien équipé. Les chambres de bonne taille avec une bonne répartition, ce qui permet une isolation phonique efficace. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse. Même au 25 décembre nous avons profité de la terrasse qui elle aussi est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les 3 petits bémols : 1) L’accès à la seconde salle de bain uniquement par la chambre, engorge la salle de bain du bas, surtout lorsque le logement est rempli par 12 personnes. 2) la pièce de vie est encombrée. 3) pas convaincu par la table haute, très haute ;)

Tout le nécessaire pour passer un moment en famille dans un grand appartement les pieds dans l'eau. Le seul bémol est l'absence de porte entre la cuisine et la salle de bain pour un appartement accueillant un groupe. Accueil agréable et contact facile avec Jeremy pour les remises de clés. Nous reviendrons!

Après les heures de route dans les embouteillages , nous avons bénéficié d'un très bon accueil par l'agent commercial qui s'est empressé de nous faire une visite éclair des lieux . __Points forts de l'appartement: proximité immédiate de la plage,plage sécurisante pour les jeunes enfants, vue mer à 120°, grande terrasse côté EST avec possibilité de BBQ et résidence de vacances paisible et familiale . Le propriétaire nous a généreusement mis à disposition chaise et lit bébé. La gérante de la résidence nous a facilement loué une paire de draps complémentaires. Les lits sont déjà faits par la femme de ménage avant notre arrivée!. __Points à améliorer: Après avoir déchargé nos nombreux bagages et repris nos esprits nous avons visité plus précisemment et calmement les lieux afin d'affecter les chambres à chacun de nos enfants. Et c'est à ce moment là que nous avons constater que la propreté et la qualité de l'équipement n'étaient pas au niveau correspondant au standing sous tendu par le prix de la location. __ Quelques exemples de points défaillants: sol de la salle et évier couverts de sable, baie coulissante recouverte de traces laissées par les embruns, grilles du four carbonisés, frigo comportant des traces et débris, chaises auréolées (table de la salle à manger), porte de SDB en RDC manquante, côté expresso de la cafetière inutilisable (fuite), nombreuses traces de moisissures dans la douche en étage, "particules suspectes"dans les 2 WC, carré de commande de la poignée de porte de chambre en étage inadapté à l'épaisseur de la porte, ayant entraîné l'enfermement de ma fille avec son bébé au petit matin! etc... pour ces imperfections dans la propreté du logement et pour ne pas avoir été mis en garde pour le risque d'enferment à craindre lors de la fermeture de cette chambre, j'ai demandé au propriétaire et à l'agent commercial d'être symboliquement indemnisé afin de reconnaître le temps passé à compléter le nettoyage et pour le préjudice subi par ma fille enfermée avec son bébé lorsque la poignée lui est resté dans les mains.
