Enjoy with family or friends this superb villa which offers a panoramic sea view, an infinity pool heated from April to October and a solarium in a pretty landscaped garden.
Inside, the rooms are spacious and almost all benefit from sea views, 15 beds and 5 bathrooms are offered.
Shops, restaurants and beach are within walking distance.

The villa is located in the very pretty village of Rayol-Canadel, with shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance.
Outside, the villa has a superb 13 m long heated infinity pool, bordered by a large solarium with deckchairs and parasols.
In the middle of oleanders, palm trees and bougainvillea you will have the choice between several garden furniture to relax, contemplate the view of the Mediterranean, the islands of Levant, Port-Cros and Porquerolles and on the Caps (Cap Nègre, Cap Benat) and simply to enjoy a friendly aperitif and a pleasant barbecue. A petanque court and a ping-pong table are also available.

- A large kitchen of 35 m2 with a central island will allow you to prepare meals for large tables, in the shade of the pepper tree, facing the sea
