The hallway leads to the three ground floor bedrooms, two of which sleep four. The one with a single double bed has its own private shower room and private terrace.
Also on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet.
A winding antique staircase leads to the master suite upstairs, consisting of a large bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom equipped with a retro double sink. Outside, on the ground floor, the 40 m² terrace overlooks the large 15 m salt-water swimming pool, and alongside it, the pétanque court, the wooded garden, and the large meadow with its century-old trees, inviting you to walk and play. All these amenities are for the exclusive use of the Mas's occupants.
