- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 cm), air-conditioned, dressing room, bathroom with shower and en-suite toilet, and sea view.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm), air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes, and sea view.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90 cm), air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes.
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (90cm) ideally for children or teenagers, air-conditioned, cupboards, and sea view.
- Shower room with WC.

Private and separate entrance for this part of the accommodation. Possibility of communication between the apartment and the rest of the house via the garage and some stairs.

The surrounding area offers many water activities: kite, wingsurfing, windsurfing schools, and more than 40 diving spots accessible nearby.
Toulon-Hyeres Airport and the main shopping malls are just a 15-minute drive away.
