Amazing little getaway!

This place was amazing! Jay the host was great and readily available for anything. It was very quite and the wildlife were so fun to watch. Deer came right up to the deck, Everything was provided for us as far as amenities, cookware, linens, and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit this location in the very near future!

Bad

The temperature was over 100 outside. The owner knew we were arriving after 5:00 and lived onsite but had not turned these horrendously loud window units on so it was unbearably hot and took two hours to cool down. We got little sleep because every time the AC came on it was really loud and woke my husband up. Space was cramped with no views. Left after one night because my husband refused to stay there for another night, which we had already paid for. Do NOT recommend.

fantstic. We spent more time at the cabin then the surrounding area.

The place was fantastic. Beautiful decking for my family and I to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Fully equipped with everything we needed, including outdoor game activities in the backyard. Fire pit, gas and charcoal grill, smoker, seating in the backyard and on the patio. We enjoyed both the outdoors and indoor experience. Cabin is fully furnished with cooking equiptment, pots, pans, silverware, blender, oven, extra fold out bed, pillows and blankets. The AC and heater worked great, and we had some mixed temperature each day. I highly recommend this cabin to others.

The internet pictures are deceiving. The cabin is very small and cold. The shower hot/cold water faucet is backward. The remote control for the window heat & A/C units are on auto which did not keep the cabin warm. We will not return to this location for future vacations.

It was beautiful and cozy. Jay was amazing and very accommodating. Made us feel like it was our home. Definitely will come back again.

Jay was very pleasant and personable. Cabin was a blessing not knowing what we were getting into.

It was a quiet place to stay. Very clean which made us feel at home. Location was great to get to all the highlights of canyon lake and New Braunfels.

Had a large bug in the kitchen but it disappeared.

The cabin was gorgeous. Perfect size for couples. Everything was provided to us to use. Host was very gracious. We’d definitely stay again in the future.
