we had a great experience. We were guest at a wedding at the near by Kibble Ranch. We enjoyed using the grill and the back patio was spacious and welcoming.

Overall a pretty great stay! The location was easy to find and within driving distance from many cool places. The house wasn’t as clean as I would have preferred, but we cleaned up a bit when we checked in and it was fine.

This home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and super relaxing. The outdoor above-ground pool is wonderful to beat the Texas heat!

The description states it sleeps 9 but it can only sleep 7 as there is only one set of bunk beds instead of two. The place was set up nice. The yard is big and was great for the dog to run around in. It also was a nice central location. We had a couple of cleanliness issues including the sheets and the stove had left over food from prior guests that caused the house to fill with smoke.
