One story private residence. 3 bedroom, 2 full bath.
Smart TV’s in each bedroom and living room to sign into your favorite apps.
Fully fenced in back yard. Patios and seating areas both covered and uncovered. Fire pit, charcoal Weber grill, and yard games.
Washer and dryer in residence.
Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, mixing bowls, griddle and crockpot to name a few. Keurig single cup coffee maker as well as a drip coffee pot available.
Guest access
Private parking at home and plenty of room to bring your boat or water toy
Other things to note
1 Dog permitted with $75 non-refundable pet deposit. Inquire about additional pets if necessary. All dogs must be well behaved and house trained. No dogs on furniture. Dogs must not be left in the house unattended when owners leave, please bring a crate or take your dog with you. Please pick up dog waste as needed.
10 guests max permitted on the property at all times. Groups beyond 6 registered guests are subject to an additional nightly fee up to 10 total guests.
NO Smoking on premises or illicit drug use. No parties or noise disturbances to surrounding neighbors. No firearms on the property. No fireworks.
