Everything was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the lake. Owner was great, he kept lines of communication open at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We had a great weekend and made the right choice with this house.

The house was perfect for a family get-a-way. It was stocked well, nice and very clean. The backyard outdoor patio has a beautiful view of Canyon Lake with outside table/seating for meals or just enjoying the view. We had a great time and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanks Eric and Andrea for welcoming our large family! The house was a great size for all of us! The deck was very spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was very clean and a great location. Easy to load your boat and jet ski because the ramp is right there. Only thing I would recommend for other guests, is bring whatever you need because you will have to trek up the hill if you forget something at the house 😅 The Lake is beautiful and during the week it is not as busy. We would definitely stay at this property again. We all had a great time and made great memories 👍 The owners are very attentive and want to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay! It was also awesome to see plenty of wildlife. Lots of deers and even a Fox. The kids were very excited about that! We can’t wait to book another trip to Canyon Lake again 👍

The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The property is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. Several extra linens were available. The view from the patio is gorgeous. Both families had a fabulous time and will be back!

The property was very clean and the house had everything we needed. The deck area was our favorite with a great view of the lake. We spent our time trail hiking, so it was nice a home to relax for the evening after a long day. My teenagers loved that it had wifi. I would rent again.

The house is super clean and had many everyday items for us to use in the e kitchen. Our host was the best, had a small issue with a drain and came over right away to fix it. The location is right by the lake, that was beautiful! I would highly recommend and wouldn’t mind staying there again!

This property is amazing! It was clean and comfortable, and felt like home. Everything we needed was there, so we could do us on relaxing outside with that marvelous view! The weather was perfect while we were there, and we noted an odd but very welcome lack of mosquitoes. How they managed it I have no idea, but our stay was very pleasant. I loved how close it was to the water but still has such a beautiful view over the tree tops. I will absolutely stay here again!

As pictured and advertised. Very clean and lots of open space so my family and friends so we did not feel cramped. Enjoyed the view of the lake from the back deck and the proximity to the lake and boat ramp is great. The only negative is that there is no swimming so you better have a boat to enjoy the water, which we did and had a great time. We would definitely come back to this location.
