Residing in a structure made in 1563, this holiday home was renovated in 2009 and in 2020 again. The accommodation is composed of a first-floor apartment with 1 bedroom and a large ground-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. With a private garden here, you can soak in the sun and get a pretty tan after some time on the sun loungers. Ideal for a family, kids are also welcome as a cot is available on request.

Villagrande Town Centre is a walk away, to pick all the groceries, essentials, souvenirs, coupled with fun and shopping. A sea lies a drive away, where you can admire the exotic scenery painted by the Adriatic Sea. Bake shops and Restaurants lie an amble away to get some baked goodies and delicious meals.

Shared Swimming Pool will keep you refreshed after a swimming session and kick all those stubborn calories as well. Barbecue will make your evenings delightful. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, and coffee machine to let you cook up a meal or snack before you head out on the garden furniture under the sun.
