A few kilometres from Fano, in Serrungarina, in the countryside-hillside area, surrounded by green olive trees and vines . Strategic position to reach both the sea (beaches of Fano, Senigallia, Riccione Cattolica) and cities of art such as Urbino, Urbania, San Leo, Gradara, San Marino On the ground floor there is a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a service bathroom with washing machine and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen, electric oven and wood-burning oven. On the first floor there are 3 elegantly furnished double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and preceded by a beautiful atrium, and a lovely attic room with 3 beds, also with bathroom. Two children's beds can be ordered. Outside there is a large garden shaded by numerous oaks and olive trees, equipped with tables, barbecue and an additional wood-burning oven in a charming annex. Possibility of stabling horses. A stay at the farmhouse is ideal for those who want to stay far from the chaos of the city but still do not want to renounce all the comforts of a modern structure in a context of particularly refined elegance. It is a farmhouse dating back to 1883 and recently renovated while maintaining its rustic style. Being in a hilly area, but not far from the sea, even if it is hot in summer there is always a sea breeze to cool the air. It feels like being in an earthly paradise, peaceful and full of greenery. A few kilometres away you can visit cities of art such as Urbino, Cagli, Assisi, Gubbio. Natural landscapes such as the Furlo Gorge with its natural park and fauna, the beautiful and evocative Frasassi caves. Also nearby are the sanctuaries of Fonte Avellana, Fossombrone, Loreto. But for those who love the sea, a few kilometres away, 15 minutes by car, there are quiet beaches and crowded beaches to your liking: Fano, Senigallia, Marotta, Cattolica, Riccione, Rimini. In summer, numerous festivals are held in neighbouring villages, with tastings of local products.
