A lovely apartment spacious clean and right in the centre

The size brilliant for the family to sit round together loved the football game and all the facilities

Coming down the stairs in the nighttime was a bit hit and miss with the light coming on and being older a bit hazardous

Excellent apartment at a great price.

Excellent location behind the main high street in Keswick and really spacious apartment with excellent decor and facilities. It provided a superb base for six people and even had an opportunity to request adding an additional two people utilising sleeping facilities in a large lounge area. The hosts were really responsive and very friendly.

There is nothing about the experience I can think of that I didn’t like.

A perfect break in a perfect apartment with perfect hosts.

The entire experience was superb and one that I look forward to repeating soon. A great location, well placed for access to shops, pubs, the theatre and the fells. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable, with almost every amenity to make for a fully relaxing stay. The owners could not have been more friendly, helpful and flexible. I highly recommend the Haven with free car parking included, the overall package is excellent value for money.

A Happy family weekend away

The property is in an excellent central location. Parking and additional parking was fantastic! The property was very clean, very spacious and catered for all ages (this is a bonus when travelling with young children). We loved the little touches such as a bottle of Prosecco, quality shower gels / creams etc. we WILL be recommending this property to others and we WILL be booking for next year. Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

Spacious Central Apartment in Keswick - we will be back

Lovely spacious apartment with a very central location. Keycode on the door was great. The large apartment is obviously so well maintained with lovely furniture and fixtures. The apartment is well equipped with everything you will need and was so clean (absolutely spotless). Hosts left us a Prosecco thank you.

Loved it but the only thing was the second bathroom downstairs so during the night we all used upstairs bathroom. Not a problem really. The entrance is via an outside staircase which may not be ideal for some people but it was well lit at night.

Lovely spacious accommodation everything available for a comfortable stay, very quick and helpful when asking questions and answering query’s.

The stairs were troublesome for my elderly mam she fell at the top of them if it had been raining I can imagine they would be slippy . That is my only negative

Great find in Keswick

Location was amazing, Really good communication with the hosts, we were able to check in early & check out a little later which was a massive help. The apartment was massive & both the beds & pillows were very comfortable. Both bathrooms were really well equipped. We had a car parking space outside the apartment & so many shops & supermarkets around the corner. The house had all the mod cons & we really enjoyed our stay.

The only downside for us was that the floorboards were really creaky so this woke some of us up when moving around.

Lovely stay at The Haven Keswick

The apartment was very spacious, was really central in Keswick and had its own parking space (with the option of an additional free space at a car park nearby). The apartment was very clean, very well-equipped, and was like a home from home. It felt like the owners had thought of everything their guests might need and had provided it! All contact with the owners was great and uncomplicated - great hosts! I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Really great stay in a roomy place

The place was soooo spacious!!! We couldn’t believe how roomy. The facilities were excellent - we had everything we could need and more. The table football was a real bonus and we had loads of fun with it.

We had to use Velux windows as it was quite warm and this meant there was some noise pollution from passers-by in the early hours - not something that is down to the owners though and it wouldn’t stop us staying again. We tried the fan provided but it was noisier that the one in my son’s room so it was back to the Velux. I couldn’t locate the iron and that didn’t seem to be flagged up in the info booklet - which was very comprehensive. I did eventually find it behind another door! The location is excellent- right opposite Booths which is perfect when you are self catering. We had a parking space too. Bonus - we ideally wanted to get in to the property earlier - and they contacted when we were en route to say we could - the cleaning was complete! Good shower. Really impressed.

The property was immaculately clean. Very spacious with everything you would need. Large kitchen/diner with plenty of crockery and pots and pans. Large comfortable lounge. Central heating was very easy to use. Downstairs shower room with toilet. Upstairs 3 very pleasant bedrooms. Also upstairs a family bathroom. All immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of wardrobe space.

Excellent stay we’d definitely return.

Very spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The location is perfect with everything on the doorstep.

The outside parking area was a bit untidy e.g. some overflowing bins. We appreciate that the owners may not be able to do anything about it though. The inside is lovely!

Excellent central location. Plenty of comfortable seating after a hard day in the hills. Well equipped for self catering and very close to excellent supermarket. Pubs , restaurants and outdoor shops a short stroll away.

It was an excellent stay.

The apartment was well maintained. The kitchen had all the utensils and crockeries everything we needed for the stay. Kids loved the fuss ball table and board games. It was in the centre of Keswick with Derwentwater, shops and transport links within walking distance. Diane kept us informed before and during check in. The apartment was cleaned and ready for check out 2hr before the planned check in time.
