Location, for both walking and going into the town, a perfect base for any type of trip to the Lakes. The Rooms were all great, having a separate kitchen/living room was ideal too. The addition of table football and the 2 fridges was perfect. The shower was great and the views from all angles stunning!

We had a great stay here in Keswick. The property was clean and tidy, excellent value for money, and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Communication with Diane and Lee was easy throughout, which made everything very straightforward. The location was brilliant as well — perfect for exploring Keswick and the surrounding area.
There was honestly nothing we didn’t like about this stay, and we’d happily return. We have already discussed as a group about booking for next year.
