Handy location for the pub over the road which serves very nice meals. Parking off road a bonus.
Downstairs bathroom door latch has sharp point and wife cut her hand trying to lift up the door a little to lock it as the door bolt to the door frame latch is not aligned. It also makes it difficult to unlatch caused by the pressure on the latch bolt due to the misalignment.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Great kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. The cottage was spotlessly clean. The uneven floors took a bit of getting used to, but definitely adds to the character of the cottage. Will definitely stay again.
The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom needs attention as it is loose.

Very uneven floors due to property age, difficult to mobilise around the property if you have any mobility issues, I would have preferred to know this before booking the property. The bathroom sink tap either doesn’t run much or soaks you (a little stiff). The main window in the lounge, the curtain pole was hanging out of the wall. Needs a little bit of TLC but these are the only issues, everything else was lovely!
