The host was welcoming, friendly and professional in that he asked questions to determine our needs, wants and dislikes.
The breakfast was prepared and cooked to order, using local suppliers and delicious home made jam and marmalade.
An exceedingly comfortable bed!
Beautiful Georgian house, well furnished to suit its age and proportions. In a lovely setting with well tended large gardens.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike!!!

Douglas was so lovely. The house was gorgeous. The breakfast was amazing! Had a lovely stay and really lucky to have booked with Douglas! Will be coming back as soon as I can!

Location was very good for getting about. Breakfast was good. Host was friendly but you did have to ask for things like toiletries, even basic shower gel, and heating.
The room we thought we had booked wasnt the room the host offered to us on arrival. And in fact we had to pay a further charge to get the room we had expected. The property is old and the room didnt have all the modern conveniences, ie en suite bathroom, heating on demand, large TV etc.
