We loved everything about this apartment. The vibe was 10/10 and all the furnishings were lush. The beds were super comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh.
The location was amazing, especially if your looking at a weekend of mountain biking around the neighborhood. It’s located above a pizza restaurant, which we visited and the meal was lovely.
It’s also very convenient if you want to catch the bus to Peebles for a day of shopping.

The staff, Helen and Linda were lovely, thankyou for your warm welcome! Breakfast was great.
Room no 6 is tiny and the bed too short to accommodate my tall husbands long legs!
The en-suite is much in need of a refurbishment but it was clean despite flaking paint on ceiling.
