Lovely set up, friendly staff, kitchen area is great, room comfortable, lovely atmosphere & great decor in a really handy location for exploring Dunbar.
Sound travels quite a lot, so if other guests aren't being super considerate it is disturbing.

Bonus to have breakfast included. Loved the retro feel
Nothing to fault

A lot of love and thought put into the decor and fixtures, which were quirky, fun and thoughtful. LOVED the fish tank old TV. One of the female members of staff was really lovely and helpful, I cannot recall her name. 10 out of 10 for customer service from her.
Mattresses were very hard. Ended up buying extras to make sleeping work. One member of staff was very rude and there was lot of defensiveness over mattresses, which was entirely unnecessary.
