Comfortable and cozy place in a great location.

Location was awesome. Being right next to the metro was a big plus. It was also near a lot of cafes and shops. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable.

Delightful and would stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights. Ground floor apartment with all components as advertised. Plenty of space for a couple. Many restaurants nearby. Metro was right there. Excellent home base from which to explore and enjoy Paris.

A cozy place to stay in the heart of Montparnasse.

it was indeed cozy and was located in a good district in Paris. We really appreciate Rania as she was very helpful and accommodating, always ready to answer our queries. The bed and pillows were soft too, which I like. The shower room is cute and just right.

We were a group of 5 in our family. The 5th member used the extra mattress. The apartment may be a little small with a 5th person, though it still served its purpose for us.

location was great. close to so many restaurants and close to the metro. the apartment was beautifully decorated and big enough for our family of 5. recently renovated to a high standard. Rania was extremely welcoming and met us at the apartment and showed us around. gave us great advise of places to eat and where to shop. highly recommend staying

Exceptional

We were 5 people staying in this beautiful apartment and when we arrived at the airport we found that there was a strike with the RER line, so our arrival at the apartment was a bit chaotic, so as not to experience that stress again and arrive on time at the airport, Rania helped us to request a van for the 5 of us directly to the airport, it was very nice, with her app the taxi arrived on time. Everything was perfect.

Out of 5 of us, only one person couldn’t sleep through the sounds of the metro running underground. It’s not loud enough to be a complaint but for very light sleepers it could keep you awake.

Super séjour, appartement top !

L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Nous avons été accueilli par Carmen qui nous a remis les clés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 enfants de 5 ans et 5 mois. Le logement en rez-de-chaussée est pratique pour la poussette. Nous nous sommes très bien sentis dans cet appartement, qui est très propre et très bien pensé. Situé près du métro, des bus et des commerces, il est très facile de se déplacer dans Paris. On entend légèrement le bruit du métro mais ce n'est pas gênant. Nous gardons cette adresse pour revenir visiter Paris !

Ottima la suddivisione degli spazi, bagno cieco ma ben illuminato e pratico. Arredamento ed accessori gradevoli ed armoniosi. Tutto funzionante in cucina. Il letto matrimoniale è un po' scomodo per chi è alto più di 1.90m, ma come soluzione si può optare per l'utilizzo del matrimoniale del divano letto. Doccia con prodotti per il corpo, ci ha fatto piacere. Tutto molto gradevole, ci tornerei. Edificio e zona assolutamente eccellenti.

Non siamo stati capaci di accedere ai programmi TV, le istruzioni ci sono sembrate poco chiare, ma non abbiamo disturbato la gentilissima signora Rania perché era troppo tardi, di notte. Non è stato fondamentale per il nostro soggiorno. Forse consiglierei di lasciare una confezione di kleenex o di carta da cucina a disposizione degli ospiti.

Kjempebra beliggenhet rett ved T-bane og med god bussforbindelse. Mange hyggelige og gode spisesteder i gangavstand (fine anbefalinger fra vertinnen). Supert bakeri 200 m ned i gata, og matbutikk 30 m til høyre når du kommer ut døren.

Leiligheten dukket opp i søk der det var satt krav om aircondition. Hadde bare gulvstående Dyson vifter. Fungerte greit nok, men det var heller ikke kjempevarmt da vi var der.

L'appartamento è completo di tutto ciò che serve per passare alcuni giorni in tranquillità. La posizione inoltre permette di avere molti negozi a portata di mano, incluso il parcheggio, e i mezzi di trasporto sono vicinissimi. Ottima scelta.

素晴らしい滞在でした！ホテルはとても清潔で部屋も広々としていて快適でした。立地が最高で周辺にはモノプリ（商業施設）があり、生活に困ることは一切ありませんでした。照明に少し問題があったのですが、日曜日にも関わらず次の日にはすぐにスタッフが修理に来てくれてとても迅速で丁寧な対応をしていただきました。さらに、オーナーさんが非常に親切で親身に対応してくださりとても温かい印象を受けました。次回もぜひ泊まりたいと思える素晴らしいホテルでした！

접근성이 좋았고 기성비도 좋았다. 가장 좋았던 것은 늦은시간까지 체크인을 도와주기위해 Rania가 남아 있었고, 사전에 부탁했던 체크아웃을 우리가 원하는 시간까지 늘려준 점이다. 우리 요청을 들을 시간과 준비가 철저했던 Rania에게 거듭 감사한 마음 보낸다. 시설은 육안으로 보기에 깨끗했다. 그리고 예뻤고 다른 숙소들에 비해 캐리어를 이동하기 쉽도록 가장 아래층이라 몇개 안되는 계단일지라도 경사진 나무판을 놓아서 많은 도움이 되었다. 그럼에도 내가 캐리어 끄느라 지친 것을 눈치채고 옮겨주는 직원의 배려가 돋보였다. 어떻게하면 고객이 편안하게 시설을 사용할 수 있는지 잘 알고 대비해놓는 센스가 여러모로 느껴져서 기뻤다. RANIA! 정말 잘 지냈고 고맙습니다. 너무 많은 곳을 이동하느라 지쳐서 공유할 사진을 찍지 못해 아쉽고 미안합니다. 그대신 모든 것을 솔직하게 썼어요. 숙소 운영하는데 도움이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.

지하철 소음이 있었고 화장실 티슈가 쓰던 거 하나만 있어서 휴대하고 간 티슈가 없었더라면 번거로울뻔 했다. 물론 Rania에게 연락했으면 잘 대처해주었을 거라고 나는 확신한다.^^ 키가 작은 내겐 좀 높았던 싱크대. 개수대에서 싱크대 상판에 물이 튀었을 때, 물을 싱크볼로 쓸어넣을 수가 없었다. 싱크볼 가장자리가 튀어나와 있어서. 룸열쇠를 사용할 때 익숙치 않아서 그랬는지 여러번 시도끝에 원리를 알아내 성공했다. 도전의지를 불태우는 열쇠 사용법이어서 성공한 후, 무척 뿌듯했고 내자신이 자랑스러웠다.

Perfecte plek om Parijs te ontdekken en te beleven

Fijn en compleet appartement op een geweldige locatie! Het is super schoon! Host Rania was erg fijn. Ze is snel en vriendelijk in contact. Ze was gastvrij en flexibel. Bakker, supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. En super handig en dichtbij: de metro, het station en het uitzicht vanaf de Montpernasse. Perfecte plek om als gezin Parijs te beleven en te ontdekken.

We zijn heel tevreden, slechts kleine opmerkingen: Het warme water in de douche is snel op. 2 personen kunnen warm douchen. Ben je met meer, dan moet je gaan plannen. Realiseer je dat je boven de metro logeert. (Het klinkt alsof de draak in de kelder ontwaakt, aldus mijn kinderen - tk. we kwamen net uit Disneyland. ) Voor lange mensen; het bed is wat kort.
