Canasta Hotel

We were allocated a Great size room for a family of 4.

The property was dead. Bar closed, unable to access the pool table cos the door to the bar was always locked. Seen not one person other then on check in and check out. So much potential

Great location close to Winter Gardens stayed only 2 nights for Rebellion slept well both nights. Traveled with a band and staff even helped carry equipment all the way to top floor. Really friendly and welcoming staff Robert and John absolutely spot on thanks

John and Robert are honestly the best thing about staying here, they couldn’t have done any more for us if they tried. Room was clean and tidy when we arrived and bags was carried to our rooms. John is really good at his job and there on hand if you need him, if any issues you can ring him and he will come and help. They directed us to where we needed to go as we was not regular to the north area. Without John we wouldn’t have stayed there he is the main person for the job and I honestly I couldn’t have asked for anymore for him. I will definitely be staying here again

No hot water only on for certain hours of the day The bar is actually closed so no bar facilities

Decent location stayed around there before. Lovely staff decent price

Didn’t feel clean windows misted up old fittings and fixtures especially the bathroom. Hotel felt very cold ,My room was especially very cold and I was staying with a child and no heater or way of turning radiator on so not very good unfortunately.
