Modern apartment with AC within walking distance of the center.

Host met us at the property and also helped us find a parking spot. Apartment is almost brand new and modern. Good AC. 2 people is a bit tight on the sofa bed. Walking distance to the city center.

There is no sign on the property - we drove past it and it is on one way so it would take a while to get back to it. Third floor apartment is on a steep staircase - but it is fine. Language for communication could be a problem. Automated key pickup would be better. Parking could be a problem - we had to park couple of blocks away.

Nice little apartment near city center

The balcony is really nice. The shower has very good pressure and nice. The decor of the apartment is also quite artistic.

There is no wifi and we are not warned beforehand. Without wifi, it makes the life of international travelers very inconvenient.

A very sweet stay - even if just for one night. Lovely host and nice cleaning lady

We came to town a little early and the host and the Apartment was extremely accommodating and let us leave our bags a couple hours early while we explored town Additionally was the kitchen very well fitted with multiple pots and pans as well as great cooking utensils, sharp knifes and a large sink We were greatly startled by the dual air conditioning which worked extremely well and cooled the apartment in under half an hour When we arrived there had been put complementary waters in the fridge cooled for us Additionally the apartment was issued with two toilets one smaller and one big with window able to let in air as well as a large shower with a waterfall shower head

A great option for a holiday in Avignon. Located next to the city wall. The friendly host, after our request, took care of a parking space right next to the entrance. The apartment has everything new and necessary.

Perfect location! Amazing apartment! Very clean! NEW!

We were so positively surprised about how amazing this apartment is! It is newly renovated! Very clean! The owner is very pleasant! We don’t speak French, but he managed to explain everything! After our stay in not so clean apartment in Nice, this felt like heaven! Free parking is also included!!! 5 minute walk from old city and all nice restaurants! We enjoyed a lot and we recommend this place to everyone staying in Avignon!!

L'appartamento a piano terra si affaccia direttamente sulla strada, probabilmente è stato ricavato da un locale precedentemente commerciale, infatti per chiudere c'è la saracinesca.

Nabil : séjour en famille

Le propriétaire était disponible et à l'écoute. Il est serviable très gentil et sérieux. Dès notre arrivée, il nous a fourni les besoins de première nécessité : le parking sécurisé pour notre véhicule, l'eau,le café... Il nous a affirmé qu'il est disponible pour toutes nos questions à n'importe quel moment. Je recommande vivement la location chez lui.
