If you are going to Paris for more than just few days, this is an EXCELLENT appartment to stay in. Located in a quiet and safe location in Saint-Mandé, with just 10 minutes of walking to Metro line 1 and 1 minute to a bus stop, this location is everything you could hope for. The appartment is spatial, comfortable and exuded cozy atmosphere. And especially if you are in Paris during a heatwave, rest assured, the appartment is shielded from the worst of it and you can avoid the highest temperatures safely in here. And the price? For Paris this is an absolute winner! Bonus points for the contact person, Khaled, who is super helpful and friendly with the whole process of welcoming you and giving you the keys and instructions.

The neighbour is sometimes way too loud with his music. Other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend this appartment to anyone and everyone.

Nicely located away from the main tourist areas, snug and just about perfect for a couple.

The apartment was on the 2nd level with no lifts, so stairs to contend with. No aircon during the recent heatwave.

Appartamento bene attrezzato, pulito e accogliente in un quartiere tranquillo e non molto lontano dal centro di Parigi. Lo consiglio vivamente è ringrazio Karim per la sua disponibilità e accoglienza.

Die Lage war wirklich gut, in einem ruhigen Viertel, Busbahnhof ist ganz nah und bring zur Mettro 1.

In der Wohlung war leider einiges nicht in Ordnung. (Toilette und Kaffemaschine, Handtücher, Code zum eintretten)
