The host was very kind, great communication. Shared little video to model self check-in, making sure there were no problems. The apartment entrance is inside an interior courtyard, private, quiet and safe. Great neighborhood! M1,M2, M6 all within about 10 minutes walk. Access to la coulée verte René Dumond and la Petite Ceinture was also less than 10 minutes walk - green space, few people, nice please to regroup and enjoy nature in the middle of the city. Plus Bois de Vincennes easy walk and delicious marché Daumesnil. Thank you for an excellent stay.

If you are a bigger or older person, or have any mobility challenges, the curly stairs up to bedroom and bathroom might pose a challenge. Host accurately shows this in photos. We were not disappointed, this is just a note to consider for your needs.

Location good - close to metro, very local. We were there for a course so weren’t looking for a place close to tourist spots. Been to Paris many times so it was nice to discover a new neighbourhood each time. Apartment was nice and quiet.

Place could be a bit cold, but heats up relatively quickly. Extra duvet in the wardrobe (so have to put on duvet covers yourself). Nice hot shower, but could be a bit small for tall people. Could do with tea towel or kitchen towel in the kitchen, only one hand towel provided. Kitchen has everything else you need to do a meal though.

Le logement est fonctionnel et équipé selon l’annonce. L’emplacement est bien, proche des commerces. La petite cour devant le logement est un plus pour prendre l’air au calme !
