Cozy night in a comfortable and large apartment

Absolutely great value for money. Large two bedroom apartment with enough space even for a family of 5-6. Very friendly hosts, communicating well at each step and well available through WhatsApp to answer questions.

It was dark in the evening, when I arrived, and the outdoor’s keypad was a bit difficult to see (I was searching it next to the door, but it was integrated in the knob). But a call to the hosts helped finding it quickly.

Perfect for company of friends

I stayed at this apartment a few weeks ago, and it was absolutely fantastic! The value for money is unbeatable. The apartment had plenty of sleeping space, even though I was there with a friend. The highlight for me was having two balconies—one on each floor—so it really felt spacious. The only small challenge was climbing up to the fourth floor, but it’s definitely manageable. The location is also great, close to the European Parliament quarter, so sightseeing is easy. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of great pizzerias and cafes nearby. I highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment

This apartment is just great! I spent a week with my family of 6 there and we had such a great time. Location is perfect, in one of the most beautiful part of Brussels, 3 Min walk to Schuman station for trains and metro + 10/15 Min walk to Place Jourdan and EU neighborhood. Still, a very quiet apartment. There is everything you need: plenty of bed sheets, pillows, nice pots and pans, even the washing machine works perfectly (the dryer is a bit older and noisy but it does its job!). I lived in Brussels in the past and this apartment has a great price-quality value, especially if you want to spend some nice time with all your family!

We didn't manage to open the sofa bed, but there were two separate sofas big enough to sleep. The host also offered to help.

Perfect place, location and hospitality.

A very nice apartment with everything you need for short or long visit in Brussels. The location is perfect, close to EU buildings and restaurants. The place is clean , well furnished and comfortable. The communication with the hosts is perfect - detailed instructions for self check -in and fast answers for all questions. I definitely will come back again in my future visits in Brussels .

Superb.

The location is excellent, situated just 200 meters from the EU. The Penthouse apartment we stayed in, was on the third floor, featuring two spacious terraces, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom downstairs, and another one on the loft with large beds. The hosts (Mr. Marc and Mr. Wen) were exceptionally kind and attentive, maintaining communication through chat even late at night to ensure our comfort during the first night. He even visited us the next day. It would have been ideal to have a washing machine, given the ample space available for drying clothes. Overall, it was a delightful stay!

Hoping for an elevator in my next stay. ;-) Everything else was perfect.

Location. Towels were clean. Had WiFi.

No tv. Located in eu/business district but no iron to iron shirts. Bedsheets questionable if changed. Found hair on the lower bedsheet and dirt. No bedsheet to separate from the cover, cover had stains. Not cool. A LOT of threatening signs “do not touch”. One said “or else you will pay 200 euros fine”!

It's cool that I enter the main door with the code. I am always afraid of losing the key. It's sweet they provide alcohol hand jell and medical mask at the table. I found some delicious chocolates and beers too. The apartment is so clean like a 5-star hotel and I could see everything is new and tidy. We love this bright apartment and make me feel home. We cook some food and enjoy the coffee and tea they provide. We found many Italian restaurants and bars at the street. It's really nice! The owners are friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Bien situé, mais ne pas en attendre plus qu'un pied à terre pour visiter

La localisation - à proximité du métro et même relativement proche du centre à pied. Le nombre de couchages hors canapés. Netflix (mais en espagnol). La terrasse.

Services a minima (pas de lave-linge, lavabo très petit dans la salle de bains, vaisselle et ustensiles très limités). Boîte à clé qui ne s'ouvre pas sans aide. La chambre du haut accessible par un escalier extrêmement étroit. Propreté des draps et lieux convenable.

Emplacement non loin du centre. Appartement fonctionnel.

La porte de l'immeuble n'est pas facile à ouvrir. Les escaliers dans le hall sont très raides et lorsqu'on est en haut de l'immeuble avec des bagages ce n'est pas évident. Attention, dans l'appartement la chambre en mezzanine convient mieux à des personnes de moins d'1,50m, au delà ce n'est pas adapté.

Magnífica ubicación

La ubicación es buenísima, el barrio europeo es muy tranquilo, tienes restaurantes y terrazas a diez pasos del apartamento, tambien comercios donde comprar, y el metro cerquisima, pero es que si quieres en 30 minutos llegas al centro dando un paseo. Desde el aeropuerto el autobús 12 te deja casi en la puerta del piso. La casa, lo mejor es la luz que entra, con unos techos enormes, da sensación de amplitud. El equipamiento está bien, nada especial, tiene secadora que es un buen punto, y la habitación de matrimonio pues bastante amplia.

Se echa en falta un lavavajillas y un lavado de cara a paredes, muebles y decoración. Los anfitriones te mandan muchísima información para el check-in, y te dicen que sí tienes alguna duda que preguntes, le pedí algún consejo para el tema de transporte público y me dijo que consultase Google Maps, 🤣 no pregunté más.

il faisait chaud (été très chaud), mais c'est inévitable dans les pièces sous les toits (velux). Les chambres étaient équipées de ventilateurs/clims, mais nous ne les utilisions pas la nuit à cause du bruit. Escalier un peu raide pour l'accès à la pièce mansardée.

Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno e consiglierei la struttura.

L'appartamento "Lonely Planet" di Dreamland Apartments è molto comodo e pulito. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Il bagno è spazioso. Wen, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, lasciandoci depositare i bagagli nell'appartamento il giorno del check out. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno e consiglierei la struttura.

Essendo il pavimento il legno l'appartamento non è troppo silenzioso ma è comunque ben isolato dai rumori della strada.

La posizione, la vista dai balconi

La scala all’interno dell’appartamento è davvero scomoda e pericolosa e soprattutto il suo stato non era citato nella descrizione Ho dormito in mansarda, ma appena mi sono coricata sono stata punta ad un piede da una cimice da letto. I letti erano comunque comodi sia quelli di sopra che quelli di sotto
