I got the instructions well on time snd they were very clear and easy to follow
The building entrance is a bit tricky, you enter the right combination and the lock goes green but sometimes turn on itself without opening. All good, just at small worry at arrival

La ubicació i les dues terrasses.
Manca de neteja i de manteniment en general. La TV sense antena per tant no es poden veure canals, i la resposta del propietari va ser "tens Netflix i YouTube". El terra de parquet fa molt soroll en caminar i tremola, i hi ha cartell dient que per evitar sorolls no us bellugueu!!! La pica del bany és minúscula, dificulta el seu ús. El wc es troba al menjador, amb el que es perd intimitat. Les fotos no és corresponen amb la realitat. Molt de soroll per les nits. Tot l'estacionament de la zona és de pagament, aparcar tot el dia al carrer supera els 35 euros de despesa tot i que el propietari informa que hi ha estacionament gratuït en un parc proper (cosa que no és certa). A l'àtic fa molta calor, i no hi ha Aire Condicionat, només ventiladors i aires condicionats portàtils (en mal estat).
