Good communication, comfortable and overall very nice! It is extra nice to find some wine, coffee and sugar upon arrival :) It was perfect.

5 minutes walk to the beach and a great place to cool down after whole days of escapades.

Location, very spacious, west facing so sun only on afternoon and you can chill inside even without the aircon on. Large balcony perfect for morning meal and evening sit. Comfy beds, nice decor throughout and bottle of the wine in the fridge on our arrival.

It was a nice stay overall. Bedrooms were good size and beds were comfortable

Very hard to park around the area and difficulty location the property. The lift was tiny so you had to up and down multiple times in order to get all your bags up which wasn’t a convenience at all especially when you have to have the car blocking the entire street with hazards on. The worst was the fact we had to wait for the property owners over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get in touch with us and send us the property code thus meaning me and my family with tired baby had to stay out in the cold wind for that long. Thankfully I had the car but what if I didn’t and it was snowing outside? Even booking dot com themselves couldn’t reach them. I do understand as a business owner myself that things may happen and I have to deal with costumers service a lot so I would advise to at least have more then just one emergency number listed or if only one is possible make sure there is someone there to answer. Finally when the owner finally reached out she spoke very rudely and not even apologised for the discomfort occurred.

The reservation didnt have the accurate address and it took a while to find which building. The host approved a transfer to the airport but didn't deliver. He didn't answer when I called for help and I almost missed the flight!!

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment recommended for families.

The apartment was comfortably large, with a wonderful bathroom with all amenties. The heating was perfect and we were in Athens during the cold front! Kitchen had everything we could want and the coffee machine was a treat! The host was available right away and let us into the apartment early in the morning. We made our booking last moment, the same day since our initial booking was much below our expectations and we had to leave. We were more than releaved when we saw the Peaceful flisvos apartment, it was just that and exactly what we needed. Thank you!!

Parking wasn't super easy but for Athens it was more than fine. The elevator was a little tight but that's just how they made them when the building was constructed. One apartment per floor so there were no waits for the elevator.

Exceptional

The elevator is too small. Four of us couldn't fit with our luggage, but because building is only 7 floors with one apt on each floor, the elevator was not busy and we could split and use it without much delays.Microwave would be a perfect addition to the kitchen.

The apartment is located next to the central street of Palairo Faliro with many shops and restaurants. Free parking on the street was available. The appartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was thought thru to provide maximum comfort: it has almost everything necessary.
