Large comfortable apartment with a large balcony and everything you need , even more. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 30 minutes by tram 6 to the city center. Easy to find and good communication with the owner.

If you like an authentic home vs a staged aesthetic then this is the place for you. We wish we could have stayed a summer to read a fraction of the interesting books in the owners’ collection. The proximity to the sea, Edem restaurant, supermarket, bakery, airport bus stop, tram stops going in every useful direction … honestly couldn’t have found a better base for a long weekend. Aspa was super responsive on booking/viber, and never had someone care enough to check I got into a flat ok so that was super sweet. Having two sets of keys was really useful and the tidbits left in the flat for us were super thoughtful (esp since our flights got in after midnight).
The road noise does come through into the flat but just concentrate on the sun and the sea and remember this is Athens where cars are everywhere. If you’re wary of lifts like me, just take the stairs…it’s quicker anyway!
