L'appartamento è enorme. Ci sono 2 camere, una matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli. Un bagno grande con vasca da bagno e uno più piccolo. La cucina è comoda e l'abbiamo usata spesso per cucinare in casa. Frigorifero, forno, piastra ad induzione, bollitore e macchina del caffè perfettamente funzionanti. Dalla cucina è possibile uscire ed entrare in quanto collegata alla scala d'emergenza.
L'ingresso principale è situato al primo piano raggiungibile dalla scalinata che porta al portone d'ingresso e c'è un balcone enorme che fa il giro completo dell'appartamento.
La sala da pranzo è composta da 2 vani collegati, da un lato un salotto e dall'altro un bel tavolo grande e un divano letto.
L'appartamento è vicino alla fermata del tram n.6 che porta direttamente in piazza Syntagma da cui è possibile muoversi a piedi o prendere mezzi pubblici per qualsiasi zona di Atene.
In zona ci sono inoltre diverse fermate dell'autobus, inclusa quella del X96 che porta all'aeroporto.
Gli autobus turistici tipo Big Bus o Hop On hop Off passano lungo mare a circa 500 MT, di fronte all'hotel Poseidon.
A poche centinaia di metri c'è un supermercato, una farmacia e diversi bar e ristoranti.
La spiaggia è a circa 450 MT dall'appartamento.
È possibile acquistare biglietti validi per tutti i mezzi pubblici alle fermate del tram. Una corsa singola costa 1.20 e vale 90 minuti. Un biglietto turistico di 5 giorni costa 8.40.
È possibile pagare la singola corsa anche con bancomat direttamente sui mezzi senza acquistare il biglietto.
