The cleaning and Equipment

There are not really 3 separated rooms. 2 rooms are completely connected through the ceiling and sliding doors, so you see the light of the other room and hear everything.

We had a great 5 day stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Great location. Easy walk into Arles and easy access to autoroutes for day trips. The property was spotless and the kitchen well supplied. We stayed for 5 nights and were very pleased. Philippe was very responsive and helpful.

A wonderful apartment on a beautiful property.

We really loved staying on this beautiful property. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The hosts lived next door which was great - they were very friendly and helpful. Their english was good enough for communicating with these non-french speaking visitors. We had a car and it was so wonderful to have an easy place to park it off the (not busy) street. The patio was very pleasant and we would have used it more except for the rain. The walk into old town Arles was easy.

I hate to say anything negative about this lovely place but there were a couple of issues to be aware of. First there is a single step up out of the kitchen which we found difficult to see and almost fell down a few times. Second there is a narrow spiral staircase to the second floor bedrooms that anyone with mobility issues would have problems with.

The accommodation is very spacious and all is as advertised. The hosts are very friendly and helpful (we had a medical emergency which delayed our arrival and they waited for us). That was very appreciated. It is well located with easy access to the highways when you want to explore the area.

A great place to stay with excellent facilities, spotlessly clean. 5/7 mins walk to the center.

The host met us and showed us all around the house and gave a good explanation of the facilities. The welcome book was very good and helpful. It was also very nice to receive a bottle of chilled local rose wine on arrival. Our host was superb!

Ideale Wohngelegenheit mit sicherem Parkplatz im geschlossenen Garten

Sehr gemütliche, saubere und gut ausgestattete Location in idealer Lage etwas ausserhalb der Altstadt in ca.15 Min. Fussdistanz. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wohnhaft im Hauptteil des Hauses, haben uns persönlich empfangen und uns die zweistöckige Wohnung erklärend übergeben. Das Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück im abgeschlossenen Vorgarten sicher parkiert werden. Die ebenerdige Terrasse ist dreiseitig ummauert mit Blick in grosse nicht zugängliche Gartenanlage mit grossem Baumbestand. Wir fühlten uns während 1 Woche sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock erreicht man über eine Wendeltreppe. Die Zimmer sind nicht vollständig voneinander abgeschlossen und nur getrennt durch wandhohe Schiebetüren, jedoch bis in den Dachgiebel offen. Entsprechend keine relevante akkustische Abtrennung, Die beiden grossen Deckenlampen beleuchten beide Zimmer. Die moderne Nasszelle ist über drei Zusatztritte erhöht und nur durch den einen Schlafraum erreichbar. Vom Wohnbereich zur Küche Stolpergefahr über gewöhnungsbedürfige Stufe.
