L’appartement est décoré avec goût, l’appartement est tout neuf et très propre. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont réactifs et donnent des instructions claires. Localisation non loin de la gare Part-Dieu, et commerce de proximité à deux pas du logement.
Quelques ustensiles de cuisine cassés à notre arrivée (passoire, cuillère en bois) et porte du freezer cassée. Nous n’avons pas vu de détecteur de fumée. Arrivée par le couloir qui peut faire un peu peur mais finalement jolie surprise quand on arrive dans l’appartement.

Appartement mal isolé, courants d'air (porte), salle de bain moyennement propre et très froide, chauffage à côté du lit de l'autre extrémité de l'appartement, impossible de chauffer la salle de bain. Matelas/sommier inconfortable.

It was a nice small room. There are several bus stops around, some restaurants, a supermarket. It is easy to get to the apartment. It has a small kitchen, a small bathroom, a normal bed. Wi-Fi working normally.
The general cleanliness can be improved, especially with the kettle and the coffee maker. The last floor from when we arrived at the entrance of the apartment was a bit spooky, especially if arriving at night, during the day and with light is a bit better, but someone might be afraid to enter. That part can be improved and more gentle for the guests.

Petit studio commode avec un petit espace cuisine
Ok pour 1 ou 2 jours
Nous y étions en période de canicule, l'appartement est sous les combles, il n'y avait qun petit ventilateur, pas suffisant pour rendre le logement agréable, surtout la nuit.
Un ventilateur plus puissant est nécessaire.
