Very close but also steep ascent each time to visit town

Very welcoming host and this little house has everything needed for a stay including cooking facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was close, free and we were able to wash and dry our clothes

Be aware that the house is close to, but steeply downhill from town. We are in our 70s and found this an issue for us. Would recommend only to moderately fit guests

Ideal accommodation in Montepulciano for one or two travellers.

The apartment is located in the centre but is extremely quiet. Everything important in the town is within easy reach. The hospitality provided by the hosts is outstanding.

The accommodation is cosy and clean. The bed is comfortable and there is everything you need for breakfast (moka) and cooking. The place is close to the centre and free parking. Recommended!

Nice spot for visiting Tuscana for a couple

Nice flat well located in Montepulciano. Well equiped and cozy. Easy to access with a code. Restaurants are close by feet. A free parking is 5 min away by walking.

Gorgeous house inside Montepulciano

The location is great, easily walkable once in town or accessible by car with a parking place close by. The house was beautiful, with all the facilities listed in working order, and very clean.

The sofa bed does leave a bit to be desired, as it wasn't the prettiest or comfiest, but it didn't affect the quality of our stay at all.

Perfect apartment for a couple

It is a small apartment very close to Montepulciano city center but very good for a couple. It didn’t have air conditioning but it had a big fan that was enough. The check in was very easy, it was easy to keep in touch with the host. There is a nearby free public parking and it might be a bit difficult to carry your bags uphill, so keep that in mind.

Great location close to the centre of town. Hot water system didn't work on last day but our host seemed to know how to deal with it.

Note that the town is not close to the train station (10 miles) and the unmetered taxi was expensive.

we had a very nice stay at this house which was placed in the city center. the owner was super friendly and the communication was great! outside of the city wall it was possible to park our car for free (500 m walk).

Location was good and parking was available close by. Easy walk to all Montepulciano. Good communication with host. Amenities for cooking available. Cute but updated old place with charm and large rooms..Clean.

Dark interior or very bight overhead...improved lighting would not go amiss. Only 1 very small loveseat so sitting was cramped in living area. Small stuff like very limited wine glasses, no coffee supplied for first morning and only 1 dishwasher puck for stay.

The location is absolutely amazing. The flat is also quite nice. The owner is helpful and offered tips about food amongst other things.

This property should not advertise free parking as it does not have any itself. There is only a public parking lot nearby that almost always has a spot. But if you have lots of stuff with you or you cannot walk very well, this property might not be for you.

Stefano was a wonderful host. The accomodation was amazing and great location. Communication was started before I arrived on location, restaurants and places to see and Stefano was attentive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place.

warm stay

This flat is equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location is just 5 mins away from the centre of montepulciano. To park free you need to park in a field under the flat around 5 mins by walk. You just go up a long stairs and if its rainy the field can get muddy. Small suggestion, some coffee would have been appreciated in the flat. Self check in was quite easy to do however you need an internet connection as he sends you the details via whatsapp. Be aware that to go to the centre there is a very high hill that you need to climb by foot so wear comfortable shoes. Internet in this premises was quite good as well. Montepulciano is very small and unfortunatly there is no place to take breakfast in the morning in the area.

We had a great visit in Multipuciano. The location of the property is perfect, right inside the city walls. Stefano was very prompt in answering any questions. It was nice to have access to a washing machine during our travels.. Overall amazing visit!
