It’s like a secret oasis in the city especially around Nino Castle. Love the design of Lobby. I borrowed some books about Japanese garden on lobby’s bookshelf, really like them. The Garden view room is a hit. Love the bamboo garden. Peace and quiet. Breakfast choices are also fantastic.
It’s not their fault. We have one room with beautiful castle view however it’s bit noisy during the mid night or early morning occasionally. The vehicle especially some motorcycle are really loud.

We loved everything about Garrya Nijo! Location, staff, the rooms, the breakfast … all fantastic! It was like an oasis of cool, calm and comfort in every way! The beds, bed linens and pillows were super comfortable, as was the room! We loved the bathroom and the Japanese toilet, of course! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, and always greeted you with a smile! Close to a metro station in a lovely little neighborhood. We were delighted when we found the little park/temple around the corner with all the carp in the pond!

ก่อนอื่นฉันต้องขอโทษลูกค้าที่ชอบโรงแรมนี้ แต่สำหรับฉันมันคือประสบการณ์ที่เลวร้ายมาก โดยเฉพาะเรื่องความสะอาดของห้องพัก ฉันได้แจ้งแม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดห้อง และชี้จุดที่มีแต่ฝุ่นบนเคาน์เตอร์และในลิ้นชัก และแจ้งว่าฉันจะกลับมาที่ห้องพักตอนเย็น หลังจากฉันกลับมาตอนเย็น ในห้องพักสกปรกเหมือนเดิม ซึ่งก่อนออกไปข้างนอกฉันได้ถ่ายวิดีโอถึงความสกปรกของห้องเก็บเอาไว้ ส่วนอีก 1 เรื่องคือเรื่องอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมที่ให้ปริมาณที่น้อยมากๆ และทางเลือกของอาหารที่มีให้เลือกน้อยมาก ฉันได้รับผักสลัดที่เหี่ยวและไม่สดเลย ฉันได้แจ้งกับพนักงานที่ห้องอาหารว่าผักไม่สด แต่เค้ากลับตอบฉันว่า มันคือธรรมชาติของผัก เพราะฉะนั้นความคุ้มค่าของเงินที่จ่ายไปกับโรงแรม 5 ดาวแบบนี้ มันไม่คุ้มค่าเลยสำหรับฉัน ฉันได้แจ้งให้Managers ของโรงแรมทราบถึงเรื่องนี้ทั้งหมดและให้เค้าดูภาพถึงความสกปรกของห้อง และปริมาณอาหารที่ฉันได้รับ ฉันได้รับเพียงคำขอโทษ ฉันจะไม่กลับไปพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีก และจะไม่แนะนำเพื่อนๆไปใช้บริการที่โรงแรมนี้ ขอบคุณ
