    NOISY! 7 eleven received deliveries from trucks all night every day. We were there for 3 nights. Windows were very bad

    Value for money short stay if planning to visit Nijo castle and gardens. Good breakfast options plus 2 bakeries nearby along Sanjo dori shopping street. Stayed 1st floor, room door makes disturbing noises whenever neighbours open their doors. Triple room for 3 OK if all have small luggages.
