Location near airport. Offering to drive us downtown and eventually to airport/train station. Willingness to change our reservation date.
We learned our flight the next morning was being cancelled and we left on 3 hrs after arrival. The full cost of the room had already been paid and we would not be staying. However, the owner requested $20 to drive us to the train station after already offering earlier to take us downtown for free. I think she should not have charged us for that 5-10 min ride. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

very clean. the owner was fabulous. we were asking directions to go to town, but as she was going w her boys, she offered to drop us off!
