Good condition of furniture, very clean, pretty interior, comfortable cushions in bed, very nice clean smell of bath amenities, shared fridge available, table for suitcases in the room, good size tv in the middle of room, own private terrace with chairs, close to airport in walking distance, nice common kitchen well equipped for a short stay with terrace although no furniture outside on this one

Proximité de l'aéroport se Catane juste en face à peine aà 10 min a pieds. Facilité d'échange via WhatsApp pour le check in. Bien pour 1 nuit proche aéroport.

Check in uniquement via WhatsApp, nécessite d'envoyer copies des papiers cartes identités ou passeport. Paiement de la taxe locale uniquement en espèce à laisser dans la chambre. Avec certains autre hébergement la taxe est déjà incluse dans léprix de la chambre. Absence de climatiseur dans la pièce petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner tres classic et principalement du sous vide. Porte de chambre peu insonorisé, pas de soucis si les autres occupants des autres chambres restent discret...

The location for the airport was really good, when leaving the apartment turn right and you will have footpath the whole way, only ten minutes walk with suitcases and children. The house is newly renovated and looks nice on the inside, a great kitchen/dining shared area - too hot to use in summer but otherwise would be a great shared area. Access was easy through a keypad and lockbox. A small convenience store is only a couple of houses down and they make sandwiches for you with all sorts of meats and cheeses.

Unfortunately the shower didn’t drain while using it, within one minute of our first shower it was completely flooded and spilling out. We could only have a very quick shower and had to space them out. I did message them and they said they didn’t know the problem but the shower floor has signs of mould and the room has a musty smell so it seems like this dampness has set in. The air con was barely working so also must be due for a service.
