La struttura era a pochissimi passi dal centro; spaziosa, ideale per un gruppo di 6 persone e dotata di condizionatori. Chiamando il numero per l’assistenza, il personale risponde velocemente.
Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata molto positiva a causa della scarsa pulizia della struttura. Abbiamo notato diverse macchie sui divani, che davano subito una sensazione di scarsa cura degli ambienti. Per giorni ho sentito un cattivo odore accanto al mio letto, aprendo il cassetto del comodino, ho trovato un kebab abbandonato e maleodorante. In un’altra stanza, sempre in un cassetto, sono stati trovati fazzoletti usati da precedenti ospiti. Si tratta di situazioni che non dovrebbero verificarsi in una struttura ricettiva e che hanno compromesso il comfort del soggiorno. Auspichiamo una maggiore attenzione alle pulizie e ai controlli prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti.
