Beautiful Maison Blanche

Very quiet location and very spacious and clean accommodation. The owner was very welcoming and the breakfast provided was lovely. Good value for money.

The accommodation is a work in progress with a few unfinished areas but what has been completed is very nice and comfortable.

Satisfactory for the price but whatever the price, the bathroom area poor

Location - off a short track off a main road. Easy to find. For an eaterie one needs to drive. We were directed to a Piaggio themed resto ( yes, the Italian 3 wheeler). That took some finding from the road as the address site includes various industrial buildings, no hint of the resto at first - and other- attempts. Food Ok there. The bedroom (basic) & bed (good) were OK Fields behind and to the side, nice open views. Pool (unheated) was welcome. Parking adjacent to the property

Bathroom area - simplest to say an unfinished, abandoned even, project. Previous guests' negative comments apply Breakfast was minimal, & the cake, jam and the dry bread not to our taste

Would definitely return but hope for a bit more luxury in the en-suite!

Convenient. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Very friendly owners. Excellent breakfast with homemade yoghurt and preserves. Very good value for money.

Poor signage if arriving in the dark. En-suite functional but looks like a work in progress. Need to bring own shower gel and shampoo.

The host was away on vacation, so she left her elderly parents to look after me, what a wonderful job they made of making me so welcome, neither of them could speak English, and I’m afraid I cannot speak a word of French, however, that was not a problem. It was wonderful to meet them.

Overall, a very nice overnight stay, made very welcome.

Marcel his wife and family were great, the location was a little out of the way but with your own transport it wasn’t a problem. The family are still in the process of finishing the rental side of the property, again, not a problem.

The bed was very hard and the pillows were the same, but this is probably just our preference.

Found it quite easily. The downstairs room was an unusual configuration.The tpilet and shower being in the heating/fridge room. It was noisy because of the heating units. But as a clean cheap stopover it was fine

You get what you pay for

Comfortable bed.

Shower room is the boiler room. Shower impossible to access if you have mobility problems. Exposed pipework and electrics. The bedroom is directly through the boiler room and there is no insulation to dampen the noise of the boiler throughout the night. One working socket in bedroom, with 3 way adapter not fixed to the wall. No tea or coffee available at breakfast.

Wat verwacht je voor 30 euro?

Gastheer en gastvrouw waren erg aardig ookal was er een grote taal barrière, slaapkamer was exact zoals op de foto's, alleen wel koud. Was wel een gedeelde koelkast (zonder vries deel) en een magnetron. Na vragen voor bestek kregen we dat wel netjes. Ontbijt stond vroeg klaar en zaten sloten op beide deuren.

Badkamer ja dat was niet afgemaakt. Douche was erg oud en vies en klein, verder vooral muren die niet waren afgemaakt, open wc, niet echt een eigen keuken ter beschikking, Enkel een half gebruikt blok zeep en hand desinfecterende gel. Ontbijt was enkel 1.5 stokbroodje en jam met boter en poedersuiker. Als drinken was er melk, een soort sap en thee.

Al bij al en voor wat je betaalt best OK

Rustig gelegen aan de rand van het stadje. Parking voor de deur. Slaapkamer prima. Geen tv maar zelfs in hotels met tv kijken we op onze GSM naar Vlaamse posten. Bed was goed. We hebben wel onze eigen lakens gebruikt. Tweede kamer met wasbak, douche en wc moet nog zwaar verbouwd worden. Daar zijn ze aan bezig... Gelukkig was het water lekker warm. Ontbijt zéér zeer basic, maar de vlotte babbel met de eigenares in de ochtendzon maakte alles goed. Al bij al - en met de mantel der liefde - voor wat ge betaalt was het OK.
