Choose to walk the Pennine Way or Snake Pass, or those with children can walk the gentler Sett Valley Trail towards New Mills with the Torrs Riverside Park.

Nice property to stay for a few days with our two kids. Lovely countryside to walk and enjoy before heading to one of the two great pubs just up the road. Recommended.

We loved staying at Hunters Cottage. The house and garden were very comfortable and Chinley has some good restaurants and cafes to enjoy, not to mention the stunning scenery.
