The living room is well laid out with lots of natural light. Also appreciated it was dog friendly.
I’m not a fan of rain showers, but I know a lot of people are. This could be the only negative I could say.

The unit was impressively spacious and beautifully decorated, although slightly worn down in places as you’d expect from a well used space. Big bright windows and a well equipped kitchen. A few improvements would greatly help but ultimately it was very comfortable for our 7 night stay. The replies from the staff were very efficient and quick to aid any issues we had.
Unfortunately we felt the area wasn’t very safe, the entrance keypad was torn off of the wall and we experienced an unpleasant interaction. However that is the quirks of staying in a big city and we felt safe inside the actual apartment and the staff were quick to fix.
We weren’t sent our check-in codes for when we arrived (due to the check-in procedure being sent whilst we were travelling and without signal) which, after a 10 hour flight, wasn’t ideal and ultimately very stressful to sort out in the dark on the street. This could be rectified by sending the procedure sooner.
They had a station for us to acquire more consumables like coffee, towels, cleaning stuff etc. unfortunately this wasn’t replenished at all in the 7 nights we stayed - a really good idea, poorly executed.
We were on the ground floor and the blinds just aren’t acceptable for achieving any kind of privacy from the street. The window was broken and wouldn’t shut, which could be a security issue. The WiFi was poor.

Location and funky style of the property,
It was also very clean!
Having the gym open 24hr as it was on level 3
And we stayed on level 2 so there was lots of noise and thudding at all times of the day and night. Would recommend to have restricted access hours or noise curfew. Suggestion open from 6am to 10pm.

My dryer was broken for three weeks I was there . Just a bunch of lies about the handyman coming to fix it. Never got done
No housekeeping on hand very inconvenient. They leave things ppl don’t need the most of downstairs but not what you really need like hand towels and face towels sheets are pillowcase .
