Location was perfect, tram stops right out the front of the building. Communication was quick and polite each time we needed to ask a question. The apartment was a great size for us as a family of 4.
No face washers and no beach towels available to take to the pool. No crib available so had to hire externally.

Overall, this is a decent place to stay. The building itself is in a great location.
The apartment could have better maintenance and housekeeping. One of the two toilets had flushing issues, and the shower head could not be secured properly. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was acceptable but only just met basic expectations.
Another downside was the check-in process. Key collection was at a supermarket located across two streets from the building. For families travelling with several large suitcases, two young children, and an elderly family member, this was quite inconvenient and not very user-friendly.
