The curtains were broken in bedroom 3 and the stains on the carpet made it look a bit dirty!

The apartment was in a great spot with trams only a 5 mins walk And an amazing shopping centre only 10 minute walk that has everything you would need with awesome food and entertainment. The view over the dock is awesome. The manager was very informative with videos on how to get to the building and collecting of keys. The apartment felt like you were home, A great stay all around.
The only 2 issues I have with the apartment was the fact there is only one set of keys which makes it hard with a group. And the two bedrooms that are not the master are pretty small.

Fantastic location and views, close to major attractions and the free tram zone, the apartment is well appointed and comfortable.
Balcony and outdoor furniture were dirty, so unusable in the nice weather. HVAC services were dirty with all the grates covered in clumped dust (aircon, bathrooms and laundry exhaust vents) Washing machine and dryer both has broken door latches, but worked. Only one pan available for cooking.
