Property is very clean, in a great location. It is well equipped with a washing machine/dryer and full kitchen. Air conditioning was great and the location is very convenient. We didn't have the time to use the pool and spa, but after the delightful experience we had this time we would absolutely book this place again so we look forward to trying it next time!
It was a little bit confusing getting the keys and finding the building. Mostly due to how the address is listed being where the office is technically located and not the accom/keys (it's not far, but we had just arrived in the evening after having our overnight train cancelled and we were a bit dazed). But overall, absolutely no complaints and they were incredibly accommodating, especially because we had just had a bad experience with another host cancelling our accommodation after we booked it.

Very clean & well presented upon arrival.
Relaxing late night wind down from the riverside facing balcony & the generous welcome basket was a beautiful & great gesture.
Thank you!
Toilet took quite awhile to refill tank in between flushes.

The instruction to get the key was a bit confusing. Also the direction on the google map.

It was nice to have oil & salt and pepper, paper towels they also had a couple snacks. not many people offer little things like that.
It was difficult to find the location of key collection (need a bigger sign or something) we also had to call the place 2x to get the text message about location and codes etc. took us 1.5hrs just to get into our apartment. Also asked for towels for the pool they replied yes they’d bring some and 10hrs later still didn’t have any..
