very clean beautiful area

I absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view, which was definitely one of my favourite things about it. The location was also great and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bruna was wonderful from the very beginning. She was so kind, friendly and always available whenever I needed anything. I was a little confused when I first arrived, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find my way to the apartment. She really made me feel welcome and looked after me throughout my stay. I had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Location and right on the tram line

The location was good. Near Tram station. Near woolsworth. By the yarra river. Late check-out is available at an extra cost.

Apparent cleaning staff entered the room with their own key with no prior intimation. Poor safety. For this reason, I don't recommend this place. The vessels for cooking were of poor quality and limited. The insulation was poor. The bedroom was freezing cold, so had to lie down on the sofa in the living room that had an aircon. Check-in (getting the keys) was also hard for us and luckily, we had a very kind stranger that helped us out.
