Very nice and well equiped appartments near the city.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is very well maintained. Everything you need is there. There are air conditioning units in the living room and in all bedrooms. Nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The host is very friendly and communicates well. From the house it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city. There are several large supermarkets nearby.

Parking is well arranged however if all apartments are occupied it takes a bit of steering to get in or out if you are parked in the back. This is not a problem, just something to be aware of.

Wonderful apartment in great location.

The property is in a good/safe/quiet neighborhood, but it would be tough to get there on foot with luggage. It is very walkable to the city center and the train station if no luggage. Owners were wonderful! So helpful and prompt communicators.

The common area only has one love seat and the kitchen table. Wish it had a chair and a center table. All was very nice, though! Very clean and well equipped.

One of the best places we have stayed in. Beautiful and comfortable.

The owner of the Villa, Sara, was an exceptionally welcoming and helpful person. We enjoyed every minute of this very comfortable place that felt like home. Not far from the historical center, relieving conditioning on hot summer days and extremely caring and generous personnel who offered to take us to the nearest towns. One of the towns, Spello, is a real gem and it is only five minute drive from Foligno. We are very greatful!

They have camera in the property and the bedroom, and they are biased. If you ever want to spend time with your family o

the staff were biased, no where in their policy did it say “no visitors” I was in a country where I didn’t speak Italian, my whole family came to Italy for my brothers wedding, but I wasn’t allowed to even have someone come say hello to me, this law was suddenly imposed the moment they saw my passport that I am an African. secondly, there was no privacy whatsoever, they kept text me telling me what is going on inside the apartment, either they have a camera in the property and they are watching and invading our privacy. she claimed that she saw a video on Facebook with people in the house, (I don’t even have Facebook) when I told her I don’t have Facebook, she then say her father told her. there was a camera in my brothers room, which was noticeable and we took it out, but I don’t know if there was one in my room or anywhere else. I felt they were watching us, or have someone watching us the whole time. The reason why I rented an apartment was so that I could cook and feel comfortable. If no visitor is allowed, then put it in your policy just like you put “no loud music”. I wished I never stayed there.

Mi ha sorpreso positivamente!!

La struttura si trova vicino al centro ed è davvero confortevole e sorprendentemente oltre le mie aspettative. L’ambiente è molto carino, molto pulito e dotato di tutte le comodità. Il proprietario? Una persona davvero squisita. Consiglio vivamente.

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Fin dal primo contatto Roberto si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e sempre tempestivo nel rispondere, qualità che ci ha fatto sentire accolti e seguiti con attenzione. L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, curato nei dettagli e al tempo stesso funzionale, permettendoci di trascorrere giornate rilassanti in un ambiente piacevole e confortevole. Anche la posizione è ideale: vicina al centro, comoda per muoversi a piedi e allo stesso tempo tranquilla per riposare. Un soggiorno che ha superato le nostre aspettative e che consigliamo senza esitazione.

Geweldige tijd gehad.

De ligging in een mooie buitenwijk. Diverse balkons met uitzicht op een ruime tuin met mooie bomen en palmen. De bijzonder attente host en zijn vrouw. Verder is het appartement uitstekend geoutilleerd ( niets ontbrak) met fraaie kunst aan de muur.

Wij hebben geen enkele kritiek.
