We love this house, thank you so so much Francesca.

We absolutely loved this place! The house is located right in the city center, making it extremely convenient with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Getting around was so easy. The house itself is bright, beautifully designed, and very stylish. The kitchen and living room were fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s also very safe and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Francesca is by far the best host I’ve ever met in all my travels around the world—truly second to none. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and offered us so much help during our stay. We adore her; she felt like family to us. We truly hope we’ll have the chance to come back again.

The perfect place in Foligno

Everything was just perfect. We were personally welcomed by very charming Francesca. She offered a parking garage next to the place and took her time to show us some major attractions in beautiful Foligno. The apartment is amazing. Lots of space and beautifully decorated and furnished with great taste. We fell as at home right away. The apartment is in the heart of the city, which is also a perfect location for exploring lots of nice medieval villages and the beautiful mountains in Umbria. No need to look for other apartments in Foligno this is simply the best!

Solo bus traveller

Everything was perfect... central location overlooking the main historic square from the balcony; a charming and ever helpful hostess who did everything possible to make your stay memorable; a beautifully appointed apartment with everything you needed and more. Luxurious. It is within easy walking distance of all the sights and the train or bus station, although Francesca picked me up at the station and drove me back when departing as it was raining a bit.

Fantastic place amazing host

Can’t recommend this property highly enough the location is fantastic your balcony looks out over the main piazza the apartment itself is incredible very large and comfortable the little touches the host does are heart felt and very much appreciated Francesca our host even picked us up from the train station dropped us off and drove us around town for a tour we can’t wait to return Do yourself a favour and stay here David and Franca

Really comfortable location in the heart of the city. The apartment is elegantly furnished and the view over the main square gives it a truly welcoming atmosphere. The owner was very kind in allowing me to leave the apartment only in the afternoon so that my trip was more relaxed

Palatial position on the piazza

Excellent location. Superb apartment, loved the decor. Fully equipped kitchen, more like a home, and really appreciated the extra touches that we had not seen before in our 2 months in Italy. Thanks Francesca for picking us up from the train station, it was so nice to meet you

The apartment is in the best location of Foligno, with a stunning view onto Piazza della Repubblica and the beautiful buildings surrounding it. It is fascinating to watch life on the piazza, and all the different activities going on there. An ice cream parlour just round the corner offers the most delicious ice cream, there are also numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is wonderful, spacious and light, and furnished with care and attention to detail. The kitchen is well-equipped, containing all necessary items and a lot more. The bed is big and very comfortable, the 2 bathrooms are spacious, offering a bath tub as well as a shower. Meeting Francesca, the owner of the apartment, was a great pleasure. It was more like meeting an old friend. She took the greatest care to make us feel at home, help us with advice, and was always concerned to make our stay a wonderful experience. We were totally satisfied and would come back any time.

Beautiful apartment located just in the centre of Foligno. The owner is very kind and hospitable.

The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious and bright with a beautiful view on the main square. Francesca - the owner was really nice, helpful, generous and reliable. Also the free parking in a garage was a nice bonus to the accomodation. The apartment definitely deserves 10/10!

Stanze ampie e luminose, arredate con gusto e ricercatezza; comodissimo il posto auto al coperto. Le foto sul sito non rendono giustizia alla bellezza dell'appartamento. Grazie a Francesca, la proprietaria, estremamente disponibile e affettuosa, che riserva ai suoi ospiti un'accoglienza veramente speciale e che ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno praticamente perfetto!

Una dimora splendida nella storica piazza principale di Foligno. La posizione è ideale. Chi vuole trascorrere la giornata girando la meravigliosa Umbria, ed è senza auto, potrà raggiungere a piedi la stazione in una decina di minuti. Ancora più semplice trovare locali, bar, ristoranti, per la colazione fino alla cena, o per proseguire la serata. La struttura offre ogni confort, arredata con fantasia e passione, nessun particolare e’ anonimo o banale. Francesca, poi è eccezionale, a disposizione per ogni richiesta o aiuto. Più che un’host una cara amica, felicissima di lasciarci le chiavi di casa sua.

Soggiorno splendido a Foligno, proprio in Piazza della Repubblica, nel cuore della città. L’appartamento è curato, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ma il vero punto forte è il terrazzo con vista sulla piazza: da lì abbiamo potuto apprezzare il Corteo della Giostra della Quintana in prima fila, senza muoverci da casa e da una prospettiva privilegiata! Un’esperienza unica, tra tamburi, costumi storici e rioni in festa. Francesca è un host eccezionale: accogliente, disponibile e attenta, ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Il nostro nuovo posto del cuore Consigliatissimo

Fantastisch appartement midden in centrum, tussen de plaatselijke bevolking

Gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. We werden net buiten het centrum ontvangen en reden daarna samen naar het appartement / parkeergarage in het centrum ( Zona Traffico Limitato ). Gastvrouw had voor ons toestemming geregeld (ZTL) zodat we gedurende ons verblijf zonder problemen het centrum van Foligno in en uit konden rijden. Appartement ligt midden in centrum op Piazza della Repubblica, met uitzicht op het plein waar altijd wat te beleven is, dicht bij winkelstraatjes, bars, restaurants en diverse plaatselijke bezienswaardigheden. Appartement is zeer ruim, boven verwachting, voorzien van alle gemakken. Auto stond veilig in afsluitbare privé parkeergarage op loopafstand ( +/- 300 meter ). Daarnaast is het een prima plek om een groot deel van Umbrië te ontdekken. Treinstation op 10 minuten lopen, prettig als je niet altijd met de auto wil gaan.

La dimora è meravigliosa , ampia , luminosa , con tutti i comfort , con vista sulla piazza centrale , provvista di balcone e finestre dalle quali puoi godere una visuale che toglie il fiato , bus , servizio taxi , panetterie , bar , pasticcerie , ristoranti , chiese , musei , gallerie d’arte tutto è davvero a portata di mano , la dimora è silenziosa e i letti sono super confortevoli … insomma assolutamente super consigliata !!!! Una menzione specialissima va alla proprietaria signora Francesca , una donna speciale che ci ha accolto col sorriso , con gentilezza e ci ha ricoperto di attenzioni , ci ha dato indicazioni e consigli su come muoverci all’interno della città , su le attrazioni e su tutto ciò che poteva esserci utile … ci ha messo a disposizione tutto ciò che umanamente si può mettere a disposizione e ha davvero reso il nostro soggiorno unico e indimenticabile!!!!
